Practice handstand walk for 35min:
1) 5 Kick to HS
2) 5 Kick to HS & pull away
3) 3 x ME HS Hold Floor
4) 3 x MEHS Hold Parallets
5) 3 x 8 HS Hold + slides
6) 5 x alternating HS Walk to band + HS Walk

CFEG: Ring push-ups & C2Ring pull-ups

4-5 Rounds of:
8 Ring Push-ups
8 Ring C2Ring Pull-Ups

Fire up the core:
For 5min, every 30 sec, 5 TTB
Then, 3 rounds of
20 V-ups
20m feet sled drag
Then, ME L-sit kicks
