Deadlift 3×5. Advanced athletes use variations: bands, platform etc.

For quality and minimum rest:

  • 21-15-9 reps of front squat with two kettlebells (heavy)
  • 12-9-6 reps of lunge steps with kettlebells
  • 150m farmer’s walk (32/24kg) after every round

Snatch balance 3×2. Use 65-75% of 1RM snatch.

6 rounds for quality reps:

  • 30 seconds box jumps (60/50cm)
  • 10 seconds transition
  • 30 seconds V-ups
  • 10 seconds transition
