4-5 rounds:

  • 20m kb heavy front rack walking lunge
  • rest 30 sec
  • 40m heavy suitcase carry L
  • rest 30sec
  • 40m heavy suitcase carry R
  • rest 2min

CFEG: Handstand walk

Practise handstand for 25min:
1) HS Balance
2) HS walk towards wall (adding plates to go over)
3) HS Walk: 5 * 5-10m

CFEG: Ring practice

Practice four main movements:
1) front lever
2) back lever
3) Ice cream maker
3) gymnastic kip
