  • one second concentric pause below knee on the set of threes

Box jumps, swings and sled push

3-4 rounds

  • 4-6 high box jump
  • rest 15sec
  • 12-15 kb swing 40/32kg
  • rest 15sec
  • 20m sled push (fast and heavyish)
  • rest as needed

CEFG: Handstand

Practice handstand for 25min:
1) Weight sift on parallets / plates
2) Handstand turns (alt): 90/180/360/720
3) Handstand walk: 3 x Max distance
