  • 10-15 single arm dumbbell press
  • rest 60sec
  • 10-15 supine ring row
  • rest 60sec

DB bear and running

15 min AMRAP:

  • dumbbell bear (pick weight)
  • 200m run

Dumbbell bear is:
5 x db deadlift
5 x db hang full clean
5 x db push jerk
5 x db fr.sq.
