  • barbell press 8-10, tempo 3010
  • rest 20sec
  • double db bent over row 10-12, tempo 2010
  • rest 3min


3 rounds for time:

  • run 400m
  • 21 kettlebell swings (55/35lb or 24/16kg)
  • 12 pull-ups
