Back squat 8-8-8-8-8

This is a pyramid set, but this time do sets 2, 3 and 4 with the same weight! Aka for example 40-50-50-50-40 kilos.

I hope it's not thrusters and running…

… and it's 7 rounds for time, of:

  • 5 thrusters 60/40kg
  • 200m run
