Romanian deadlift 6-6-6-6-6

This is a pyramid set, but this time do sets 2, 3 and 4 with the same weight! Aka for example 40-50-50-50-40 kilos.


For time:

  • K2E 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
  • Box jumps 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10
