Today you can choose between two nice 5-minute metcons:
5min AMRAP
- Squat Clean 75/50kg
- Jerk 75/50kg
OR
5min AMRAP
- Wall ball. Do as many sets unbroken as possible. Count a penalty (10 burpees) every time you rest or drop the ball. After the workout, rest 1 minute and perform the burpees.
