  • Squat Clean 75/50kg
  • Jerk 75/50kg


5min AMRAP

  • Wall ball. Do as many sets unbroken as possible. Count a penalty (10 burpees) every time you rest or drop the ball. After the workout, rest 1 minute and perform the burpees.
